Friday the 17th of June "The
Dog Ate My Homework" officially
went on sale. Mr Onslow and Mr Chapuis introduced their "new
baby" to Mrs Steinson, Miss Hickey, Madame Chambovey, Margaux and
Lesley Hippenmeyer at the official launch ceremony which took place
at 2 pm. The task of officially cutting the ribbon for the launch
fell to Margaux, who completed it with an eager smile.
Margaux expressed her thanks to Mrs Steinson, Mr Onslow and Mr Chapuis for all their hard work in getting this CD together and for supporting her charity "Fond'action Contre le Cancer". On behalf of Minerva House, Margaux presented Mr Chapuis with a little token of Minerva's appreciation for all the work and hours he has put into this venture. No prizes for guessing which CD will be downloaded to his newly received i-shuffle:-) Social Services would like to thank most sincerely the sponsors of this CD - Mr and Mrs Marchionne, Stryker, BCV, DSR le restaurateur Morges and Open Business Lausanne. Thanks also go to Phil Collins and Roger O'Donnell from The Cure for their moral support. Finally, thanks to Mr André Uger of Audiolink, Vevey who was the sound engineer on this project.
