| "Yves Lambert came to talk to us about his daring climb up Everest. He showed us his equipment and a piece of rock from the summit. He had a huge thick coat, crampons, gloves and heavy boots. Nicky broke the record of climbing Everest by standing on the piece of rock from the summit 21 times. (The record was 15). We all got Yves Lambert's signature. We had a photo together with him and I got to stand right next to him. " By James | |
