The first half of this term brought wet and chilly weather and then we were plunged into temperatures exceeding 30° Celsius. Despite these extremes, neither of which is conducive to giving of one's best physically, students have once again participated with energy and enthusiasm.
83 students attended the athletics stadium once a week. All students gained an AAA star award. Six students attained the highest possible level, that of a five star award. These were:
Ignacio
Simon
André S
Sebastian

The swimming team, captained by Sara Bosshart, has trained throughout the year,
even during the ski season when the thought of walking down to the Maladaire was
far from inviting. However, they were well rewarded when they competed in
the ADISR competition at Villars and the SGIS competition in Gstaad where they
won a combined total of 12 gold, 10 silver and 8 bronze medals and the ADISR
intermediate girls team cup. An excellent performance! Many thanks
to Mrs Bosshart who gave freely of her time to help train the swimmers.
Not to be outdone - the staff, of late, have been putting in some of their own impressive athletic performances .... their taste in fashion accessories, along with their scoring abilities in the Staff v Students annual football match however, left a lot to be desired!!!:-)
Well staff, I suppose if you can't beat them, why not try frightening them with your hairstyles ...
