On the 10th and the 17th of June the children from Years 3 to 6 went to the "Boulangerie Titus" in Vevey to see bread and cake-making in action and indeed get some hands-on experience themselves!! Before seeing the photos captured on the day here's a brief outline of how the day went from the children themselves ...

Pictured left: Bonnie watches Madame Hirsbrunner serving a customer.  Pictured right: Bonnie  and Lisa get down to work preparing the dough for the oven. But it is not just women's work ... now where are those boys!!

A ha! here they are ... Pictured right Matthew and Keegan, perhaps master bakers of the future, roll out  the bread dough. Pictured right: Well done folks ... the finished product looks totally delicious!!
