Summer term 2002 started off with a competition to celebrate the school's 75th birthday.  The children from the JD were asked to choose 5 items that could be put into a time capsule to describe the school in 2002.

The winners were as follows:

Years 5/6 -  Laura Nixon
Years 3/4 - Alexander Barnsley
Years 1/2 - Naomi Boterenbrood
Pre-Rec/Rec - Hannah Thompson

The winning entrants put a school year book, a tie, a merit badge and a plan of the school into a box and buried it in the school grounds.
