Aside from all the Inter-House events, the Summer term proved quite busy in terms of other sports fixtures.

Swimming   

On the 17th of May the junior boys team between them won 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal as well as the team cup at the A.D.I.S.R. Swimming Competition.  They were Miguel Fenollosa, André Sanchini, Simon Maeder and Michael Spelling.  Well done boys!

Other outstanding performances in this competition were: Juliet Pearce 1 gold and 1 silver, Sara Bosshart 1 gold and 2 silver, Philippe Bosshart 1 gold and 1 bronze, Miguel Fenollosa 2 gold and 1 silver, Andre Sanchini 2 gold, Simon Maeder 1 gold and 1 silver, Phoebe Simmer 1 silver, Shannon Hinton 1 silver, Chloe Harty 1 silver, Michael Spelling 1 gold, Amelia Fuller 1 bronze and William Fuller 1 bronze.  Well done eveveryone! 

At the S.G.I.S. Swimming Competitions on 14th of May the following medals were won by St. George's students:  Juliet Pearce 2 gold, Sara Bosshart 1 gold and 1 silver, Philippe Bosshart 1 gold and 1 bronze and Miguel Fenollosa 1 gold and 1 bronze.  Congratulations to all the competititors.

Tennis

Over the week-end 12/13 of May the boys' doubles team of Steven Van Beek and Maximilian Klement won the S.G.I.S. Junior Boys Tournament cup.  Bravo!

Football      

On Friday the 8th of June the junior girls won silver medals for second place in the S.G.I.S. Football Tournament.

Athletics Awards

Students this term have been working towards their Athletics Star Awards.  Congratulations to Brahma in Year 7, Thomas in Year 11 and Andre in Year 12 on receiving their 5-Star Award.
