Sports Day

On Monday the 25th of June the JD Sports Day took place.  Beautiful sunshine and lots of support from parents made this day a great success.

Well done to all the children who took part ... and to their brave parents!!!

Infant Prize Giving/Year 6 Leavers' Assembly

On Tuesday the 26th of June the Infant Prize Giving and Year 6 Leavers' Assembly took place.  The Infants entertained us with 3 chirpy little songs with actions while Year 6 provided us with an amusing sketch and song to mark their leaving of the JD.

Pictured right are the children who left at the end of the summer term: Ally, Mariel, Lee Wen, Denise Jnr, Natasha, Hannah, Samuel, Benjamin Lee, Ken, Sama & Barbara.

Another "leaver" this term was Mrs "Mags" Sheldon who worked with the Pre-Reception class and the Infants.  She is off to have an infant of her own one of these days!!
