In January the Year 5 went to Château d’Oex to see the balloon festival. We went to a museum to answer questions on a sheet of paper. When we finished, we watched a 3-D film about hot-air balloons. We were going to go up in a balloon but sadly we couldn’t because the weather was too bad. Instead, we had a competition of who could make the best balloon out of snow.  After that we went to a café and had hot chocolate or coca-cola.  We all had a fantastic day.
