| The middle play began with the students on the bus,
driving to their destination. Mrs. Kay asks the bus driver if it
is possible to stop somewhere along the way to let the children stretch
their legs, while the bus driver agrees, Mr. Briggs says that it would
be a waste of time.
After finding a place to stop, Mrs. Kay allows them a little bit of time to go into the sweets shop to get themselves a little something to eat, while Mr. Briggs and herself go for some tea. In the sweet shop there is absolute chaos with the children thieving, behaving badly and complaining about the high prices of the sweets. Then it is off to the zoo where the children are incredibly excited by what they see. So excited in fact that they decide to take the animals home with them .... which doesn't really go down too well with the zoo keeper or Mr Briggs! Well done to Diana House for that incredible bus! and cool driver! and for their fabulous zoo scene. Tamara Paquin
