TES Newsday

The annual TES Newday took place on  Tuesday the 9th of March.  Year 11, led by Chief Editor Zoe Jellicoe, set themselves the arduous task of preparing a 14 page all colour newspaper with special 4 page supplement dedicated to Mrs Zund and her career at St. George's in just 8 hours. 

Over to Zoe for her account of the day ...
"Being editor of this Newspaper was made a real pleasure with such fantastic support from the other editors and the whole class who sacrificed a lot of their time to work on the Newspaper.

T.E.S Newsday 2004 passed relatively peacefully except for some minor catastrophes (when the system crashed around lunchtime and then again at 4 pm)

I would like to thank the following editors: Anya Volkova for Features, Lizzie Plumb for News, Chris Hutton for Sports and Margaux Hippenmeyer and Olga Skorikova for the fabulous insert dedicated to Mrs. Zünd.

I would especially like to thank all the journalists in the class who made the Newspaper unique".
