On the afternoon of Tuesday the 10th of February three teams set off to Zurich to take part in the Indoor Football Tournament. Accompanied by Miss Liddy, Miss Donegan and two mums, the children stayed overnight in Zurich to be fresh and ready for the tournament on the 11th. What a great time we had, and with great results too! One of the boys' teams and our girls' team came 3rd and won bronze medals. The girls had to participate in a penalty shoot out so there were thrills and excitement right to the end. Well done to everyone who participated! That football training is definitely paying off!!! |
