The party of the century took place on 8th December in the glittering and bedecked School Hall. A delicious traditional Christmas dinner, wonderful decorations, "House Style Carols", disco and party games with a difference gave us all a night to remember and provided a fitting end to a busy term.
The evening was hosted by Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Hill supported by his merry band of party assistants Miss Reymond, Mrs. Allen and Mrs. Silverwood. The revival of the Generation Game St. George’s style set the tone for a fun evening.
Thanks to all the staff and students who through their wholehearted participation and sense of fun made this night a night to remember.

Surrounded by
hundreds of Millennium Balloons and an enthusiastic audience ... “Ernest Emmanuel
Funkmeister” aka Mr. Hill opens proceedings. After a brief
explanation, Mr. Hill introduces the first act. Yes, they look good and they sound great but the problem is
that in a few minutes “volunteers” from each house will have to copy
what they do. Yes, you have
guessed it … the return of the Generation Game!!!

Before we knew it, it was 11 am and the party was over!
Tired but happy we consoled ourselves with the thought that there would be another themed party to look forward to in the Summer Term.
