In November, Bonfire Night was held. This proved to be a very successful event, raising 2,423 chf for our charities. Thanks to all those who contributed cakes, bric-à-brac and books, making this a very enjoyable occasion. Well done too, to the Houses who produced excellent "Guys" for the Bonfire. The Inter-House "Guy" competition was won on this occasion by Atalanta House.
In December, Mr Chapuis organised the Cartons du Coeur activity for a local non-profitable association that helps people in need in the Montreux and Vevey area. Thank you all for your generosity. It was much appreciated.
Close to the end of term the "Swim for Terri" campaign took place which was organised by a parent, Mrs Bosshart and Head of PE, Miss Jan Byng. 24 swimmers took part in a sponsored swim and raised the sum of 4,744.50 chf for Terri, a young burns victim from the UK. More information about Terri and the campaign can be found in the "Swim for Terri" part of the website.
