Years 1 & 2 Gym Club

Over the term , as part of their after school programme, children in Years 1 and 2 had the opportunity to participate in a Gym Club, run by two mothers, Mrs Schnyder and Mrs Dudink.

Each week they worked on developing their co-ordination and balance working on the apparatus in the gym.  At the end they demonstrated their skills to their parents whilst Mrs Schnyder and Mrs Dudink assessed them.  Our photo shows the children with the certificates they received.

Pictured with Mrs Shaw, Mrs Schnyder, Mrs Dudink & Mrs Salmon are Yuria, Alastair, Nina, Maria, Cassie, Karen, Gustavo, Maaike, Sarah, Andrew, Islan, Georgia, Jordan, Claire, Ammar, Chiara and Mack.

Reception Class

In the photos below we see our four year olds exploring and developing their creative ability with the equipment in the classroom.  Another important skill is to be able to socialise and work co-operatively and as the photos show, sharing and caring is paramount.
